Eligible merchandise can be returned whether defective or not, and exchange requests are supported.
Eligibility and timing
Apply no later than 30 days following delivery. An item without a defect is eligible only if new and unused, in its original state, with packaging, tags, and all accessories. Non-defective requests may result from personal preference, a changed decision, or selecting the wrong product.
How returns and exchanges work
All authorized returns travel by mail using the free label provided inside the package; no restocking fee is assessed, and unapproved shipments are not accepted.
State the order number, checkout email, and reason. Evidence in photos or video of both merchandise and packaging is needed for damage, defects, wrong shipments, missing parts, or a material description discrepancy. We process exchanges according to live inventory availability.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment source within 10 days.
